2017 Travel Goals

2016 was a great travel year for us. We hit the ground running as soon as we got here and we have seen a lot for just being here 10 months. If you subtract the time that Stefan was away for work we visited 13 countries in just 8 months! We did most of this by just picking random places that sounded nice to go at the time and going. However, time here is going very fast and we want to make sure we see everything that we want to while we have the opportunity. We sat down and created a goals list for this year and I’m sharing it so that I can keep track of the progress.

“Would be Nice to See”

  • Morocco

  • Malta

This list is overly ambitious, but this is what we definitely want to see before we leave in a little over two years. From now on we are planning to base all of our trips off of this list. Unfortunately, about half of these places require airline tickets that are more than we’ve been paying (Less than 50 euro usually). We are talking tickets in the 200-400 euro range, so we will only be traveling over Stefan’s 4 day weekends now instead of every weekend. We are also hoping to take one or two cruises this year to hit several of these places in a short amount of time!
